Omniperch, LLC runs this website. This note explains what happens to the information you send through the contact form, in plain words.
What the contact form collects
- Your name
- Your business name, if you give it
- The email address or phone number you give
- Your message, and the date and time it was sent
The form's database doesn't store your IP address or details about your browser.
How it's used
Only to reply to you about your message. It isn't sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.
Where it's kept, and for how long
Messages are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Each message is deleted automatically 12 months after it arrives.
A copy of each message is also emailed to me so I can reply. That email stays in my business inbox like any other customer email.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs a quick check in your browser and sends the result to Cloudflare. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The rest of the site
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers and doesn't set cookies of its own. Like any website, the hosting service (Cloudflare) handles basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google also sees that request.
Questions or deletion
To ask what I hold about you, or to have your message deleted sooner, email jlingle@omniperch.com.
